The mission of the Robson Performing Arts Center is to promote arts education for the students of the Claremore School District by providing a safe, technically proficient venue. It shall also serve as a resource for the community at large and contribute to the cultural vitality of the city of Claremore and its surrounding areas. The Robson Performing Arts Center is operated by the Claremore Independent School District for the primary purpose of serving the educational needs of the students within the district. When the RPAC is not being used for district activities, the facilities will be available for use to all individuals, organizations and corporations on a non-discriminatory basis.
How to request the use of the facility:

3.) Submit the Facility Use Request Form [PDF]*
* To email the Facility Use Request Form click the "submit by email button" on the top right hand corner of the form. Then click "send data file". When the email comes up enter any comments and/or just click the send button on your browser.
These forms can also be picked up at the RPAC Box Office and can be returned to the office or sent via email to: pneuok@claremore.k12.ok.us. The Facility Use Request Form will be returned to the noted contact person indicating whether it has been accepted or rejected. If the request is made by an entity other than the Claremore Public School District, a Facility Use Contract must also be completed.
